The front bracket can be mounted in high or low fashion, see the picture.
It comes with 4 stainless steel screws and 4 stainless steel nylon lock nuts for each bracket (front/rear). Also, the rear bracket can be ordered with two stainless steel screws to attach the bracket to the rear bumper.

The updated version of the rear bracket features a tubular joint in the middle for added strength, as well as thicker plate mounting arms.
